This session shows how you can monitor user performance statistical information at the summary and detail levels using the labor Performance widget. Performance statistics let supervisors (or other authorized users) examine a user’s assignment completion information (such as the goal, measured, unmeasured, direct, and indirect) and the actual performance percentage. The performance information viewed at the detail or the summary level is displayed in minutes. The detail level also provides the identifier for the job code.
